Marco Vannini began his career at ISOF-CNR (Institute for Organic Synthesis and Photoreactivity) in 2016. In 2022, he moved to CMCC in the CSP and ODA divisions as a management technician. In 2025, after 3 years, he was promoted to Division Manager of the new CLIVAP (Climate Variability and Prediction) division, carrying out the activities necessary for the administrative and technical operation of the division and the planning, budgeting, and reporting of projects and always collaborating with headquarters, especially focusing on the triennial budget.
