CMCC has long been committed to promoting equality and preventing discrimination across all its activities. Since 2016, the Foundation’s Ethical Code and dedicated Ethics Committee have upheld these principles, fostering a workplace rooted in respect, trust, and inclusivity. Gender equality is an increasingly relevant issue in the workplace and society, CMCC remains committed to creating a more equitable and innovative work environment. An effective Gender Equality Plan (GEP) is not just a regulatory requirement but a strategic tool to drive inclusion and enhance talent—regardless of gender.

Guidelines for a
The guidelines on broad language stem from the GEP’s principles, expanding its scope to foster inclusivity beyond gender and address overlapping forms of discrimination with inclusive, accessible and clear language.
